I was really impressed with the level of service I received at Mercedes Benz of Eugene. My service advisor was Matthew. I took my Sprinter in for some software updates and they worked quickly and I had it back the next day. I was impressed with the level of the communication via their service/customer portal texts. I even received an inspection and received a video from their Technician going over how that turned out and what I should address. That was really exceptional imo because you usually never get to interact with the technician just the service advisor. Really nice experience, thank you!

We had trouble with our Metris camper. First real problem in 160,000 miles. We towed it to the Mercedes-Benz of Eugene. Jason listened to concerns about getting back to our home state due to medical needs. Sense they service the USPS Metrises they had the parts on hand, helped us get it in quickly and got us on the road again the next day. They even fixed our sliding door.
