We found our dream car online around 10 PM and reached out right away. By 5 AM the next morning, we were already approved through a bank and cleared to pick up the vehicle—though the initial interest rate was higher than we hoped for. What really impressed us was that the dealership didn’t just let us move forward with that rate. The manager reached out and asked if she could try to secure us a better one—and she did! They worked hard to get us an interest rate we felt comfortable with, which meant a lot to us. We drove two hours to pick up the vehicle, and it was completely worth it. The car was impeccable when we arrived, honestly even better than we imagined. We had asked Lisa and Carrie to have numbers ready before we made the drive, and they absolutely delivered. Everything was transparent and exactly what we had hoped for. This was truly the smoothest car-buying experience we’ve ever had—and we’ve purchased at least six vehicles over the past 15 years. We arrived around 5 PM (they close at 6) and they still took the time to let us test drive without making us feel rushed. I’m very familiar with the typical dealership “game,” but I never felt like I had to negotiate here. Our trade-in value was fair, the price of the new vehicle was fair, and we walked out fully covered with GAP insurance and an amazing 4-year warranty, while still paying LESS per month than we would have with the original interest rate. 🥰 They even filled the gas tank on our 2023 GMC Yukon XL without us ever asking , which was such a thoughtful surprise! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly faces and made to feel genuinely welcome. TRULY WONDERFUL customer service and hilarious, genuinely kind people as well 😊 I absolutely recommend this dealership. Thank you LISA AND CARRIE all for putting us in our dream car! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 YOU ROCK 🤘 😍

Impecable work! I have taken my car to the Mercedes Benz of Reno (where I live), Sacramento, and Denver and never went back to them again. I can honestly say that I'm extremely picky on where I take my Mercedes, but that's only because I really love my car and I want to spend my money at the right place where they WILL take care of my car. After so many disappintments, I decided to try Mercedes Benz of Eugene (I called Mercedes Benz of Medford since it was closer to me, but they never answered and I called them different days and times, but I'm glad they never answered) anyways, Eli and Lisa did an amazing job on working with my busy schedule and accommodating me when I had to cancel for an emergency. Rescheduled me a couple times because I was driving from out of town and was running late, but they always made time for me. When I got there, I was welcomed and helped out right away! It was my first time in Oregon and oh boy, I felt like I was a family member there! I didn't had to wait or look for someone, Matthew was outside waiting for me with a big o smile and waving hello. I can't leave out the part where I came in a 2025 F350 truck with a trailer towing my car and I was blocking some of their parking area. They were very patient and provided me with everything that I needed after a long drive. I was never rushed or even asked to move, but I was alert in case I needed to move. I was there for my break system failure that was not allowing me to remove my parking break. I was concerned due to my past experiences with other dealerships where I had to spend thousands of dollars, services that were not needed, traveled 16 hrs for a part that was confirmed to be there, but was never there and they decided to tell me that right after I had already given them my car and I was in my hotel waiting for my dinner. I have gotten my car back with spider web scratches everywhere just because of a car wash that I denied because of some exposed wiring and they still went ahead and pressure washed it, just waste of money and time that took my piece of mind especially because I'm a woman and I feel like they will take advantage of that. Well Mercedes Benz of Eugene, was able to find the root cause of the problem and fix it that same day!!! I didn't even pay an outrageous bill or left it over night. I believe I was there by 1pm and was out before they closed. My car is actually driving smoother than ever!! I was going to ask Matthew for a few quotes on a few services that I would like to have done on my car and he already had them in hand. He knew exactly what the car needed. I love how he didn't pressure me at all or did all of the services just to charge me at the end. I compared the prices from the other dealerships quotes and oh boy! What a difference, such honesty! The certified mechanic did an excellent job and even took a video of explaining what was the root cause of the problem and how he fixed it. Keep in mind that the video showed him under my car that was on the lift, he recorded under the vehicle and I was able to see everything, beautiful work! Stop reading my review and just take your Mercedes to Mercedes Benz of Eugene! I know I will! I don't care about driving 7 hours to get there, I know they will take care of my car! Mercedes Benz of Eugene has my business 100%! 💖

I couldn’t have asked for a better car-buying experience at Mercedes-Benz of Eugene. Lisa Upex was an absolute pleasure to work with—extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features, and she took the time to clearly explain how everything worked. Communication was excellent, negotiation was easy, and she helped me find the perfect Mercedes GLE 450. My trade-in value was more than fair, and even though I drove up from Medford, the entire process was quick and seamless—they were completely ready for me when I arrived. Carrie Merry in finance was also wonderful to work with. She found me a great rate, explained everything thoroughly, gave me options, and even ordered my personalized plates. Overall, it was a smooth, efficient, and genuinely great transaction. I will absolutely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Eugene to friends and family.

The best dealership in Oregon! I haven't had a better experience anytime buying a car in the PNW. The dealership was very friendly, super helpful, really listened to me, and worked with me on my deal. If you are in the market for a new or used car, make sure you start with this dealership. If they have a car you like you will buy it from them for sure. And special kudos to my salesperson McKeely! Ask for her if she is available!!

Lisa was so fabulous to work with. She was very flexible with my appointment coming for well put of town, and even though she had another appointment that had come in as a result, she didn't make me feel unwelcome or overlooked at all. Very attentive service from everyone I spoke to, and very straightforward.

First, let me say that Jason over at Mercedes-Benz of Eugene has been my service advisor for the better part of six years. I’ve always known him to be honest and upfront when it comes to service-related issues. We trust this dealership so much that we drive over two hours one way just to have our Sprinter serviced here. On our most recent visit, we brought the van in for its 140,000-mile service. As usual, I dropped it off with Jason, went downtown for breakfast, and walked around until the call came that the van was ready. The vehicle was delivered back to me freshly cleaned, paperwork signed, and I headed for Bend. That’s when things took a turn. Less than a mile from the dealership, the engine died and I coasted to the shoulder. I called Jason, and he personally came out to meet me on the roadside. He arranged a tow back to the dealership, set me up with a rental, and I made it home. The next day, Jason called with the news. I was bracing for a massive repair bill—and I wasn’t wrong that it was going to be expensive. What I didn’t expect was Jason telling me the truth: a technician error had caused the failure. The dealership owned up to it immediately and covered the cost themselves. As someone who ran a Powersports dealership for over 20 years, I can say this level of integrity is rare in the service industry. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle them that defines trust. Too often, I’ve seen technicians try to cover their tracks rather than own up. Mercedes-Benz of Eugene chose honesty. Because of that, I trust this dealership more now than ever. Thank you, Jason, and the entire staff, for standing behind your work, treating your customers with respect, and getting me back on the road in better shape than when I arrived.

Erik S. is amazing to work with. I arrived at M-B Eugene to look around for a "new to me" vehicle. I test drove a 2021 Bronco that was on the lot. Erik was patient and did not pressure me into a quick sale. I went home and thought about it. I returned the next day and bought it. The whole staff was extremely friendly and professional. I think I will go back just to have coffee and conversation.
