First, let me say that Jason over at Mercedes-Benz of Eugene has been my service advisor for the better part of six years. I’ve always known him to be honest and upfront when it comes to service-related issues. We trust this dealership so much that we drive over two hours one way just to have our Sprinter serviced here. On our most recent visit, we brought the van in for its 140,000-mile service. As usual, I dropped it off with Jason, went downtown for breakfast, and walked around until the call came that the van was ready. The vehicle was delivered back to me freshly cleaned, paperwork signed, and I headed for Bend. That’s when things took a turn. Less than a mile from the dealership, the engine died and I coasted to the shoulder. I called Jason, and he personally came out to meet me on the roadside. He arranged a tow back to the dealership, set me up with a rental, and I made it home. The next day, Jason called with the news. I was bracing for a massive repair bill—and I wasn’t wrong that it was going to be expensive. What I didn’t expect was Jason telling me the truth: a technician error had caused the failure. The dealership owned up to it immediately and covered the cost themselves. As someone who ran a Powersports dealership for over 20 years, I can say this level of integrity is rare in the service industry. Mistakes happen, but it’s how you handle them that defines trust. Too often, I’ve seen technicians try to cover their tracks rather than own up. Mercedes-Benz of Eugene chose honesty. Because of that, I trust this dealership more now than ever. Thank you, Jason, and the entire staff, for standing behind your work, treating your customers with respect, and getting me back on the road in better shape than when I arrived.

The staff at Mercedes-Benz of Eugene provided very friendly service and were easy to work with. I did have to wait about five hours for my repair, which was longer than I would have liked, but it was manageable. In the end, the work was completed properly and I left satisfied with the results.

Erik S. is amazing to work with. I arrived at M-B Eugene to look around for a "new to me" vehicle. I test drove a 2021 Bronco that was on the lot. Erik was patient and did not pressure me into a quick sale. I went home and thought about it. I returned the next day and bought it. The whole staff was extremely friendly and professional. I think I will go back just to have coffee and conversation.

We just had a service here today and it was the best experience at a dealership we have ever had! Jason was extremely helpful, thoughtful, and thorough with diagnosing the issues we brought the vehicle in for. If you have a sprinter van, this is absolutely the best dealership to go to! They are transparent with charges, will not overcharge you, and explain everything they find super clearly.

08.25.25 10am Had our Service B (2 yrs/20k miles) with Technician Michael Holden and since it had only been 2.5 months since oil change that charge was removed so we only had to pay $476.80. Michael is always an excellent person and we thank him very much for his care! ***Note: please tip your technicians when you can as they do such hard work to keep our cars in top shape! We didn't know during oil change (very sorry) but gladly noticed everyone tipping their techs this time around and followed suit! 06.04.25 This is the absolute BEST Mercedes Benz location anywhere, even counting California locales, this location and people were clean, prompt, polite, gave perfect service. Restrooms were immaculately clean and refreshments were high end products. Technician Michael was excellent, he was so lovely, we had our oil change ($199) done today on our 1 yr old SUV and they cleaned the car so well after service was done. Driving home the car ran so smoothly we are 100% satisfied. We will be back for Maintenance B servicing ($795) but will ask for oil change cost to be removed as we already had the oil change done here. Thank you so much Michael Holden and Mercedes Benz Eugene!!!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing from Mercedes in Eugene. The GM Britton was so warm and welcoming. He made sure to earn our business with respect and kindness. Our salesperson Ryan was awesome!! Thank you so much guys!! We love our new Wilderness!!
