Coming Soon: 2019 C-Class
It all starts with a facelift on all C-Class models. LED headlamps and taillamps are now standard, along with some updates on special bumpers and grille textures for AMG® Line trim packages. C 43 AMG® models get an enhanced grille and new bumper skins.
Inside, all you need is to look at the key. It is of a new design, which leads to Keyless Start as standard on all C-Class models. There is also a wider choice of wood trims available on the C-Class: Including new Natural Grain Walnut Wood or Natural Grain Grey Oak Wood trims.
The big interior update is the availability of a fully digital display. As seen on the S-Class, C-Class drivers can choose from three displays: Classic, Sport, and Progressive. Each one allows for individual customization on readouts and instrumentation across a 12.3-inch diagonal screen. The COMAND® screen is now available in a 10.3-inch diagonal screen with further customization available for readouts. The COMAND® screen could also be controlled by a touchpad with new haptic feedback allowing for touchless control of the system and its functions. C 43 AMG® models add specific AMG® information pages and readouts for performance and vehicle dynamics.
C 300 models get a power bump to 255 horsepower from the current 241. The nine-speed automatic is available with the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine. The 3.0-liter bi-turbo V6 engine of the C 43 AMG® model also get a power increase to 385 horsepower – a bump of 23 horsepower from the current C 43.
The C 300, C 300 4MATIC®, and C 43 AMG® will be available in sedan, coupe, and cabriolet – nine models for the updated 2019 C-Class!
